We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. In efforts to expedite your request, please be sure your message includes your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason for wanting to return them.
While customer service and satisfaction are very important to us, all returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition for them to be accepted. Damaged, dirty, or used items will not be accepted for return. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and pre-paid return labels are not available. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and no returns will be accepted more than 30 days from the date your order was placed.

Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. Returned item(s) must be in new, clean, unused and sellable condition (just as you received them). Damaged, dirty, or used item(s) will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued. Returned item(s) received beyond our stated return period (even those returns initiated by the customer during the return period, but received beyond our stated return period) will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%, deducted from any refund amount due.

Before any refund can be processed, EuroBumperGuard.com inspects all returns. Refunds on returned items are processed 2 – 3 business days after they are received. Once we process your refund, it may take your bank/credit card company up to 5 business days to show the refund on your account. Please note that we have no control over how long your bank/credit card company takes to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges: We are happy to set up exchanges for other items that we sell within 30 days of the original order. Please note that any return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility, and all exchanges are charged a $10 re-shipment fee in addition to any difference in product cost.
