It uses dual suction cup for stability when sliding the HOV switch. 3M Dual lock strips comes already attached in the correct location to match and mate with your transponder dual lock strips that are factory installed. It is perfectly sized to hide behind your mirror and not block your view. It is easy to attach it to windshield, and remove it when needed by sliding a small card like a business card or credit card under both suction cups tabs that are easily accessible and conveniently located below holder.
