How fast will you ship my order?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed on non-business days (Sat., Sun. and holidays) will not be processed until the next regular business day (M – F). If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order once it ships?
We ship all order via UPS ground from New York State. Depending on the location of your shipping address, UPS takes 1 to 5 business days to deliver your order. Please refer to the UPS map on our shipping information page for more exact transit times to your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No, we do not offer expedited shipping options (even if you are willing to pay the additional cost), sorry. We process and ship all orders via UPS ground as quickly as possible. **Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes; UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Do I have to be home to receive my package?
No, we do not ship packages signature required, unless specifically requested by a customer in their order details. Please note however, that even though we do not ship signature required, once UPS takes possession of the package, the UPS driver decides whether or not to leave the package if no one is available to accept it. Please note: If your package has to be re-shipped for any reason, ALL re-shipments are sent signature required (no exceptions).
What happens if my package delivery is late or delivered to an incorrect address by UPS?
EuroBumperGuard.com contracts with a third party shipping vendor (UPS) to deliver your package. As such EuroBumperGuard.com can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment and given to UPS for delivery. We cannot guarantee the date UPS will deliver your package. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and UPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, EuroBumperGuard.com cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays, customers’ mistakes in the address provided, or incorrect deliveries by UPS.
Can I pick up my order from EuroBumperGuard.com to save the shipping costs?
No, our distribution center, strictly prohibits customer pick up (no exceptions). Our distribution facility handles an extremely high order volume, thus we do not allow customers to pick up their orders.
Do you ship orders internationally, outside of the United States?
We only ship within the contiguous United States and Canada. We can ship orders to other international destinations via UPS worldwide on a custom basis. If you are interested in a custom shipping quote, please contact us. In your message please be sure to let us know exactly what items you want to order (product and quantity) and your full shipping address (including phone number).
**Please note: When shipping to Canada or any other location outside of the contiguous U.S. the shipping price on our website or quoted to you is for freight costs only. The customer is responsible for all duty, brokerage and taxes required by customs.
How do I return my order?
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. In efforts to expedite your request, please be sure your message includes your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason for wanting to return them.
Please Note: While customer service and satisfaction are very important to us, all returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition for them to be accepted. Damaged, dirty, or used items will not be accepted for return. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and pre-paid return labels are not available. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and no returns will be accepted more than 30 days from the date your order was placed.
How long after I return my order will I receive a refund?
Before any refund can be processed, EuroBumperGuard.com inspects all returns. Refunds on returned items are processed 2 – 3 business days after they are received. Once we process your refund, it may take your bank/credit card company up to 5 business days to show the refund on your account. Please note that we have no control over how long your bank/credit card company takes to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange my order for another item?
Yes, we are happy to set up exchanges for other items that we sell within 30 days of the original order. Please note that any return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility, and all exchanges are charged a $10 re-shipment fee in addition to any difference in product cost.
