/Policies/ RETURN POLICY - Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number. Any returns without a return authorization number (RMA) will be refused. Please write the (RMA) below our return address on the box. All products must be returned in new and unused condition. Should you choose to ship back your order shipping charges are your responsibility. GUARANTEE - If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may contact our customer service department at info@eurobumperguard.com. Our customer service agent will offer either a refund credit or replacement. If you chose a refund, note we will deduct the original shipping cost. Please note, if you ordered a color bumper guard with an adhesive backing on it we can’t accept it for return once installed on your vehicle and the adhesive tape has been peeled away. All returns are subject to inspection and must be in resalable condition. If the items appear used or damaged due to use it is not returnable or refundable. SALES TAX - Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to a New York address. Please email us to obtain authorization for a return. We will give you instructions on how to ship the return. Do not return items without prior authorization. We will not accept shipments to us without a confirmed return authorization. Items must be returned in its unused condition for proper credit.
