If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us prior to purchase. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in new, clean, unused, sellable condition, just as you received them. Returned items that are dirty and not in re-sellable condition will be returned and no credit will be issued.

Important Notice! Refunds will not include any freight or shipping/handling charges. Original cost of shipping is not refundable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ship back the item/s. If return is due to a mistake on our part or a material defect please contact us.

1) Email us for a return authorization and return instructions. Items returned without an authorization number will not be credited.

2) Please let us know the reason for your return, so we can update our product descriptions to benefit other customers.

3) Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in new, clean, unused, sellable condition, just as you received them. Returned items that are dirty and not in re-sellable condition will not be refunded.

4) Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a prompt refund.
